Cornbread loaf

• 250 g all-purpose flour, sifted
• 350 g corn meal
• 110 g sucrose
• 20 g baking powder
• 10 g salt

• 500 g skim milk
• 100 g egg beaters
• 60 g light olive oil

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.  Smear the inside of a 9" × 5" × 2.7" / 6.8 cup nonstick pan with butter.  Quickly combine wet and dry ingredients and scrape into pan.  Bake 1:15.
